I have a feeling there are a lot of veg-curious people out there who are eager to learn about the vegan lifestyle.
Well, your wish is my command.
Today I created a post that contains my favorite resources to help you learn about plant-based nutrition, animal rights and what it means to be a vegan.
I’ve been living this way for almost 6 years and there has not been a single day when I skipped learning about animal rights and what is happening in the world.
I believe it is crucial to continue our education, especially when we are fighting the system that exploits our fellow animals. It’s on us to break the chain and we can only do that if we know what is happening and, most importantly, why it is happening.
I encourage you to dedicate some time this week to go through some of these documentaries, books and YouTube channels that I recommend below. I only chose the best ones.
If you are veg-curious, you will find all you need to know by exploring these:
- Forks Over Knives.
- What The Health.
- The Game Changers.
- Racing Extinction.
- Eating Animals.
- Land Of Hope And Glory.
- My Beef With Meat.
- How Not To Die.
- Gorgeous For Good.
- The China Study.
- Vegan’s Daily Companion.
- How Not To Diet.
- Skinny Bitch.
- Finding Ultra.
I dedicated the first 11 months of my journey to learning about the vegan lifestyle. My transitioning phase was very exciting because I loved every minute of exploring this new way of living.
I know that it might seem scary sometimes to think about how many changes you will have to make if you decide to embark upon this journey. I know because many of us experienced the fear you might be feeling.
But trust me when I say that once you dare and jump through the obstacles, you will never look back again. You will be feeling too good to even remember the challenges that were put in front of you.
You got this. You always have.
