I dedicated the first 11 months of my journey to learning about the vegan lifestyle. My transitioning phase was very exciting because I loved every minute of exploring this new way of living.
I know that it might seem scary sometimes to think about how many changes you will have to make if you decide to embark upon this journey. I know because many of us experienced the fear you might be feeling.
But trust me when I say that once you dare and jump through the obstacles, you will never look back again. You will be feeling too good to even remember the challenges that were put in front of you.
